——Commenting on Chen Wensheng's "Big Country Small Village"
The work "Big Country and Small Village" feels a little contradictory at first glance from the title, but carefully studying the content of the book will suddenly open up. This work has three outstanding characteristics: one is to write about small villages with a big vision; the other is to study hot issues with a calm mind; and the third is to study old problems with new dimensions.
First, the big vision writes about small villages
Based on the background of the grand era of poverty alleviation and precise assistance, this work starts from the requirements of China's agricultural power and precision poverty alleviation, and summarizes the innovative practices of hunan precision poverty alleviation, highlights the wisdom of Hunan and shows the achievements of Hunan with the eighteen-hole village as a typical example. Examining the Eighteen-Hole Village from the perspective of a big country and understanding the development of the Eighteen-Hole Village at the height of the development of international and domestic human society is the big vision. The experience of precision poverty alleviation in this small village under the vision of a big country shows the wisdom of China's grassroots level, shows the grand scene and real history of poverty alleviation, and the precision poverty alleviation of eighteen hole villages is typical of the precision poverty alleviation of countless villages in Hunan and even the whole country, highlighting the institutional advantages and Chinese characteristics of a big socialist country.
Second, use a calm mind to study hot issues
After the victory in poverty alleviation, the Communist Party of China attached great importance to the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization, and rural revitalization became the work of the secretaries of the five levels. "Big Country and Small Village" focuses on consolidating and expanding the results of poverty alleviation and the effective connection between rural revitalization, and in the international and domestic pattern, calmly thinks about China's governance, the road of China's agricultural and rural modernization, and how to take the road of rural revitalization in the new era, showing a high level and showing the author's strong ability to control problems. The author studies the hot issues of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization with a calm attitude and a calm manner, and in the study of the leadership of the grass-roots party organizations in the eighteen-hole village, the authors are very objective, stable and realistic. In the author's own words, "Big Country and Small Village" imitates the thinking, writing, tone and language of Mr. Fei Xiaotong's "Rural Economy" in thinking and studying problems.
