Jiangsu inbound and outbound cargo flights have increased by nearly 500% in the past two years

Statistics from the Jiangsu Border Inspection Station show that from 2020 to 2021, a total of 2.132 million people were inspected at 26 ports open to the outside world in Jiangsu, down 85% from 2018-2019 before the outbreak of the epidemic.

"Jiangsu's foreign trade economy has strong resilience and advantages, which is a major reason for the exponential growth of the number of inbound and outbound cargo flights under the epidemic situation." Chen Xiangyun, director of the Border Inspection Department of Jiangsu Border Inspection General Station, introduced.
