Olympic-related projects create a world benchmark
The Zhangjiakou Competition Area of the Beijing Winter Olympics is located in Chongli District, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, with a total of 9 venues in two venue groups, Genting and Ancient Poplar Trees, namely: Genting Ski Park, National Ski Jumping Center, National Cross-country SkiIng Center, National Biathlon Center 4 competition venues, Zhangjiakou Winter Olympic Village, Zhangjiakou Mountain News Center, Zhangjiakou Mountain Broadcast Center, Zhangjiakou Competition Area Awards Square, Zhangjiakou Uniform and Registration Sub-Center 5 non-competition venues.
In the Winter Olympics, Zhangjiakou will produce 51 gold medals, accounting for 67% of the total number of gold medals in the snow sports of the Winter Olympics. In the Winter Paralympic Games, Zhangjiakou will produce 46 gold medals, accounting for 60% of the total number of gold medals in the Winter Paralympic Games.
