The service center of industrial enterprises should further clarify its functions, responsibilities and development direction, earnestly enhance its ability to study and analyze, conduct in-depth analysis of indicators such as industrial added value, growth rate, industrial technological transformation, and industrial fixed investment, grasp information well, give play to comparative advantages, implement dislocation development, vigorously cultivate a number of small giants specializing in new science and technology, accelerate the pace of cultivating and expanding industrial enterprises on the regulations, and effectively enhance the stamina of industrial economic development. Second, we must achieve practical investment results. The industrial investment promotion center should effectively play the leading role of investment promotion, worry more and pay more attention, focus on the "2116" investment promotion goal, make good use of the "three linkages" mechanism of joint review and approval of project construction, establish a dynamic information database for investment promotion, and strive to introduce increments, revitalize stocks, and increase the total amount to ensure the effect of investment promotion. Third, we must do excellent government services. The Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau should fully understand the importance of the reform of the administrative examination and approval system, effectively enhance the service awareness and ability, comprehensively benchmark Suzhou, learn from its experience and practices in the rapid handling of approval procedures, and adopt various forms such as templates and animations to clarify the procedures and processes of administrative examination and approval. It is necessary to further optimize the business environment, give full play to the role of the window of "not doing things", fully open up the "last kilometer" of serving the masses, and effectively enhance the satisfaction and happiness of the masses. Fourth, we must be a strong platform company.
