Many people like to write calligraphy, but very few people can become calligraphers. True existence is the first philosophy, and truth is the mother of beauty. It is the source of aesthetics.

Song Yuanjun praised the "undressed" as "the true painter also". Obviously, Song Yuanjun also knows the true meaning of art.

Zhuangzi opposed deliberate pursuit, saying: "If the husband is not deliberately high, without benevolence and righteousness, without merit and fame, without rivers and seas and idle, without guidance and longevity, without forgetting, without being there, without being there, without being there, without being infinite, and the beauty of all people follows it." This way of heaven and earth is also the virtue of the saints. Because the Tao is out of nature, it opposes all man-made distortions and advocates the form of nature.

2. True self, real words

People who live for themselves are real people, and people who live for external things are false people.

The person who paints for himself is a real painter, and the person who paints for others is a pseudo-painter.

The person who writes calligraphy for himself is a true calligrapher, and the person who writes calligraphy for others is a pseudo-calligrapher.

A person who writes for himself is a true writer, and a person who writes for others is a pseudo-writer.

People who write for whatever reason include — business interests, traffic fans, vain vanity, desire for superiority, begging for approval, and so on. It will rebel against the circulation of positive energy in society as a whole, and have negative forces on itself, others, and society.

The road knows the horsepower, sees the hearts of the people for a long time, and makes false claims in vain. It shouldn't be yours, it's not yours after all, it should be yours because your disguise has left you, and the so-called bamboo basket will become your final result when it is empty.

Writing for oneself is a realm of high spiritual freedom, a pure aesthetic attitude that is beyond fame and fortune and without false self. This is also the state of "I lost my life" mentioned in "Zhuangzi", only to forget the hypocrisy. In order to become one with heaven and earth, to obtain "heavenly happiness".

There are a series of allegories depicting the deification of skills in Zhuangzi, such as "cutting wood for the sake of the sword", "the thief who inherits the oyster", "the cunding of the cattle", "the lüliang water", "the gongqi swirling finger", "the Jinren caozhou" and so on. Although these stories only describe the mastery of skill, these "Taoist" practitioners have a common premise, that is, the psychological state of quiet concentration, which is consistent with the aesthetic psychological state of the "undressed" person. Only when art creators have such an aesthetic mentality can they reach the highest state of creation.

This state of mind is extremely important for writing, and Lu Ji wrote in "Wen Fu": "Its beginning is also the opposite of the reception. Ponder the news. Hearts wander. "Lu Ji asked the author to focus on the outside and focus on the inside to create.

The clear state of mind of "undressing" is the aesthetic state of mind that excludes interference, and this clear state of mind makes the aesthetic subject get rid of all external interference and material tiredness. Keep your heart and spirit pure and focused. Focus on a specific object of artistic expression. Through the contemplation of objects, the aesthetic photography of the object is achieved.

Cai Yong of the Han Dynasty said in the "Treatise on Pen": "Fu Shu, first sit silently and meditate, do whatever you want, do not speak, do not breathe, and be immersed in a dense and divine color, such as for the supreme being", all of which regard concentration, tranquility, and concentration as a necessary condition for aesthetic activities.

Liu Daool's "Commentary on The Famous Paintings of the Holy Dynasty" records that the Song Dynasty painter Zhao Guangpu "is especially good at painting Fanma, and whoever wants to do it must be secretive." 3. Be yourself

Writing must be humble and meditative. Eliminate the utilitarian heart and get rid of the shackles of external success. Wang Fuzhi said a very wonderful passage in the "Qian Xie": "Those who can prosper are called Haojie." The one who is happy, the one who is born of sex is also the one who is angry. Procrastination is obedient, but it is not the case in the world, working all day and not being able to live among the wives of the Lu family, counting meters of salary. Day by day to discourage its qi, look up at the sky and do not know its height, look down at the ground without knowing its thickness, although it feels like a dream, although it sees it as blind, although it moves its four bodies diligently but its heart is not good, but it is not happy. The saints teach poetry to cleanse their turbid hearts and shake their twilight breath. Na to Haojie and later to the sages, this salvation of humanity in the chaotic world of the great power also. ”

In this passage, Wang Fuzhi describes two different states of life: one is obscured by fame and fortune and daily life. A state of life that is full of calculations, depressed will, and sluggish; the other is the opposite, a state of life that is full of vitality, broad-mindedness, sensitivity, and heroic weather. Whether or not you can "rejuvenate" is the fundamental difference between these two states of life. And "xing" is the embodiment of their own physical and mental state, only in this way can people gain the freedom to write and express themselves better. Exercise your thinking and language, straighten out your own life logic, and finally know yourself and become yourself.

5. Principles of Writing

I think here are my writing principles: don't go against your own conscience, don't beg for the approval of others, don't care about the denigration of others, don't crave praise from others. Insist on writing what you want to say, insist on the expression of good intentions, the rigor of logic, the completeness of cognition and the truth of thought.
