Ye Jianchun, male, Han ethnicity, born in July 1965, Zhouning, Fujian, joined the Communist Party of China in December 1985, joined the work in August 1984.
Since August 1984, he has been working in the Planning Department of Shanghai Survey and Design Institute.
Since April 1991, he has served as the deputy director, director and assistant dean of Shanghai Survey, Design and Research Institute.
In September 1999, he was appointed Vice President of Shanghai Survey and Design Research Institute.
In December 2003, he was appointed as the president of Shanghai Survey and Design Institute and the deputy secretary of the party committee.
In June 2005, he was appointed as the director of the Taihu Lake Basin Management Bureau of the Ministry of Water Resources and the secretary of the party group.
In June 2016, he was appointed Director General of the Finance Department of the Ministry of Water Resources.
From February 2017 to February 2021, he served as Vice Minister of Water Resources and member of the Party Group.
From July 2017 to March 2020, he served as the secretary general of the National Flood Control and Drought Control General Command.
From March 2018 to January 2020, he also served as vice minister of emergency management and member of the party group.
In February 2021, he was appointed deputy secretary of the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee.
In October 2021, he was appointed Deputy Secretary of the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Group of the Provincial Government, Vice Governor and Acting Governor.
