Shanghai, January 18, 2022 – Parexel, a leading multinational clinical research organization (CRO) dedicated to developing and delivering innovative therapies to improve human health, was named "The Most Collaborative CRO" by the Center in the 2021 WCG CenterWatch Global Research Center Relationship Survey. The biennial WCG CenterWatch survey explores the relationship between clinical trial centers, sponsors and CROs, and provides an in-depth analysis of overall performance.

In response to the relationship between research centers and CROs, the 2021 survey set 35 performance criteria that are most valued by research centers and asked respondents to evaluate the CRO participating in the selection. Among the 35 performance criteria in 6 categories, Jingding Pharmaceutical stood out among all 29 ROs participating in the survey with the highest score of "Excellence". In addition, Jingding Pharmaceutical ranked among the top five companies in terms of industry reputation and direct working relationship quality, and was one of the only two companies to receive this award, and it also won the favor of the research center and won the fourth place in the overall reputation of the industry. The outstanding results in the survey highlight the company's tireless efforts and investment to support the research center in providing quality services to patients.

Dr Clare Grace, Chief Patient Officer of Jingding Pharma, said: "As we continue to evolve and innovate throughout the drug development process, clinical trial centers, sponsors and CROs must work more closely together to enhance overall engagement and improve the patient experience. Jingding Pharma understands and attaches great importance to the key role played by the research center in this process. Being named one of the Best CROs is further demonstrative of our global team's strong commitment to developing and nurturing strong research center relationships. This partnership will ensure a rapid start-up and smooth conduct of studies and ultimately improve the trial experience, thereby bringing important treatment options to patients in need more quickly. At the same time, against the backdrop of the enormous challenges posed by COVID-19 over the past two years, this recognition means more to us. ”

The biannual Global Research Center Relationship Survey was initiated by WCG CenterWatch (first launched in 1997) and was conducted online from August 11 to September 22, 2021. Based on the recommendations of research centers, sponsors and CROs in North, South America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Africa, the survey questions were designed to involve more than 60,000 research center representatives worldwide, and about 3,700 questionnaires were recovered.
