Pan Jincheng: Huichang is located in the southeast of Ganzhou City, with a long history, rich resources and beautiful ecology. As a representative from the old district of Ganzhou, the suggestion I brought is that I hope that the province will vigorously support Huichang to build a 100-billion-level fluorine salt new material industry cluster, strengthen the county economy, and enable the 530,000 people of Huichang to embark on the road of common prosperity as soon as possible.

Huichang is the only county in the country that has both rock salt and fluorite mineral resources, and the conditions for the development of new fluorine salt materials are unique. Huichang fluorine salt new material industry base passed the first batch of identification of Jiangxi Chemical Industry Park in April 2021, and is currently the only provincial fluorine salt new material industry base in the province. Through years of efforts, Huichang fluorine salt new material industry has entered the rising momentum, fission development stage, the formation of from the membrane caustic soda, hydrogen fluoride to fluorine-containing lithium battery new materials, fluorine-containing refrigerants, fluorine-containing polymer materials and other six directions of the whole industrial chain, as well as the world's only lithium battery electrolyte subdivision industry full chain industry, is currently in a period of explosive growth, in the country has a certain influence and popularity. To this end, we hope that the province can further strengthen its support for the development of the new material industry of fluorine salt in Huichang, scientifically delineate the scope of control of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, help this pillar industry of Huichang to develop and grow as soon as possible, create an industrial cluster of 100 billion yuan, and lay a solid foundation for the people of the county to embark on common prosperity as soon as possible.
