The tide of openness and integration is rolling forward, and the historical trend of economic globalization is irreversible. While peace and development have become the theme of the times and the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, we must also soberly see that the current international environment is becoming increasingly complex, instability and uncertainty have increased significantly, the balance of international forces has been profoundly adjusted, and the pattern of the international economic cycle has undergone profound changes. Especially in recent years, the world is experiencing major changes unprecedented in a century, the global pandemic of the new crown pneumonia epidemic has accelerated the changes in the world, economic globalization is encountering adverse currents, protectionism and unilateralism are rising, the world economy is sluggish, the new growth momentum is lacking, and the growth differentiation is intensifying, bringing unprecedented challenges and tests to human production and life.
