Taking the method of "experts taking you to the scene", industry experts are asked to teach technical methods such as how to view polluted plots, how to judge the leakage of hazardous waste storage warehouses, and how to calculate the discharge of leachate tailwater from landfills, which not only finds relevant problems, but also helps auditors grasp relevant professional knowledge, helping to improve the accuracy and penetration of audits.

The audit team also extensively accessed the inspection materials of relevant supervision agencies, adopted on-site verification, extended investigation and other methods, and scientifically adopted 5 existing achievements such as provincial environmental protection supervision, people's congress law enforcement inspection, and high-quality assessment, which saved audit resources and enriched audit conclusions.

The two chemical parks are the largest chemical enterprise agglomeration area in the audited area, most of the chemical enterprises have been shut down for environmental protection reasons in the past three years, whether these enterprises take relevant measures to prevent soil pollution when they are closed and demolished, and whether the soil pollution status assessment in the later development and utilization is the most concerned issue of the audit team. The audit team jumped out of a single auditee, and comprehensively reflected the common and deep-seated problems such as inadequate prevention and control of soil pollution sources, unclear number of polluted plots in the park, difficulty in identifying the person responsible for soil pollution of construction land, insufficient joint supervision and collaboration mechanism, inconsistent data of interdepartmental information systems, and inadequate follow-up soil pollution investigation and assessment and restoration.
