Hu Liang, formerly known as Hu Fenglian, was born in November 1936 in Lou Fu County, his parents died early, in December 1943 he was sold by his adoptive father to the "My Village" strong family as a child bride, he was bullied, and in December 1948, the democratic government of Jingle County (Lou Fu County was then part of Jingle County) dissolved the marriage contract of the child adopted daughter-in-law in accordance with legal procedures. After graduation, he served as the deputy chief of the business department and the director of the infectious disease department of Taiyuan Commercial Staff Hospital. In 1984, he was appointed secretary of the party branch and business president of Taiyuan Traffic Hospital, and then retired.
