Dujiangyan City: Signed a major project of 34.16 billion yuan and released the investment opportunities of the "Five New Cities"

On January 19, with the theme of "Striving to Build the 'Five New Cities' and Jointly Seeking a New Chapter of Development", dujiangyan City's investment promotion and major project signing ceremony for the first quarter of 2022 was held.

At the signing ceremony, Dujiangyan Municipal People's Government, Dutou Group, Li Bing Cultural and Creative Tourism Industry Functional Zone, Qingcheng Mountain Tourism Equipment Industry Functional Zone, and Happy Street signed a total of 14 cooperation agreements, with a total agreed investment of 34.16 billion yuan, covering cultural tourism and health care, medical health, urban organic renewal, cultural tourism equipment manufacturing, green food, settlement center and other fields.

Among them, the Zhonglian Ruihong-Zhongyun Port Medical And Wellness Industry Project is planned by Zoomlion Ruihong (Chengdu) Asset Management Co., Ltd. and China Transport Port Group (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. to invest 15 billion yuan to select the Li Bing Cultural and Creative Tourism Functional Zone and build a health care base, a medical and nursing college, and a high-quality health care community.

In addition, ccCC Dujiangyan urban renewal project has also attracted attention. CCCC Shanghai Waterway Bureau Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Nengtou Cultural Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd. plan to invest 8 billion yuan to select Guankou Street, Xingfu Street and Longcheng Town in Dujiangyan City, and participate in the development and construction of urban renewal projects such as Dujiangyan Ancient City- Zidong -Lingyan Area, Xiangfeng Area, Tianfuyuan Wetland Area and so on.

At the signing ceremony, Dujiangyan City also focused on the industrial development direction and investment cooperation areas of the "five new cities".

First of all, through the orderly development of "panda, mountain, water, road" cultural resources, promote the deep integration of cultural tourism, focus on the world heritage experience, theme amusement, event festivals and cultural IP product research and development and other fields, plan to create the "six major tours", and build a world heritage landscape cultural tourism new city.

The second is to increase the intensity of urban organic renewal, improve the quality function of the city, focus on the fields of EOD (ecological environment-oriented development model), resource trading mechanism, ecological resource financing guarantee system, etc., and build an ecological priority livable park new city.

The third is to promote the upgrading of leading industries such as cultural tourism and medical and health resorts, vigorously introduce innovative industries such as digital economy, green economy, scientific research universities, artificial intelligence, and life sciences, actively explore the "enclave economy" cooperation model, guide the industry to extend to the high-end of the value chain, and build an industrial innovation and open Yiye new city.

The fourth is to deepen the integrated development of agricultural and commercial cultural and sports tourism, create and enhance high-quality forest pan scenic spots, cultivate boutique homestay industry, create high-quality organic tea gardens, kiwifruit, Chinese herbal medicines and other industrial bases and agricultural experience, agricultural science and technology innovation complexes, and build a rural revitalization common prosperity new city.

Zhou Fan, general manager of Dutou Group, also introduced the asset scale and industrial layout of Dutou Group, and released 15 representative bulk assets, involving office space, hotels and homestays, tourism and commerce, land resources and other fields, releasing huge investment cooperation opportunities.
