But my community has a total of more than 20 households, and it has sold out early. However, this time I was commissioned by my friends to help them find a cost-effective villa in Thailand, and I actually found this treasure project.
Very good value for money, starting from RMB 1.6 million, the main promotion of duplex villas and townhouses, the project name is ESTARA HAVEN | Pattanakarn 20 。
At first glance, does it look a bit like my neighborhood? Both are two townhouses on the left and right of a major road.
But the project is much larger than my neighborhood.
The main promotion of two types of apartments: double-spelled villas, townhouses, today are taken to see.
Price, location, supporting what I put later, first look at the double-spelled villa model house.
You can understand that a single-family villa is divided into two types of units, so its privacy is better than the townhouse, and the price will be more expensive.
The double-spelled villa covers an area of 148 square meters, with an indoor use area of 220 square meters, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 parking spaces, and 3 floors.

We were looking at the model house here, so it was luxuriously decorated.
The actual delivery of the house is not like this, only the wallpaper and floor and other basic decoration, want the house is more beautiful to have to renovate their own second time.
Entering the living room + dining room, the entire wall on the right is full of floor-to-ceiling glass, which is one of the most colorful places in this apartment.
Thai villas have recently become popular with this design, the lighting is excellent, and even if the lights are not turned on in the daytime, the whole room is translucent.
This model house is quite luxurious, but also very beautiful, is too complicated to decorate, look at the eyes tired for a long time.
If you decorate yourself, the furniture and lamps will be more comfortable if they are simple.
There is a wall between the dining room and the kitchen, and the stairs as a partition, which is really unnecessary.
Without this partition, the entire space on the first floor would have become transparent and now looks a little cramped.
The kitchen is square and large enough to have a door leading out of the house.
If you feel that the kitchen is not enough, you can use the space outside the door to see for yourself.
We came to the second floor, and the right hand side of the stairs is the most eye-catching design of this apartment!
A living room with a height of 6 meters appeared in front of the eyes.
The wall of the living room is also a glass wall with a height of 6 meters, and to be honest, I was amazed. Catch up with the design of most single-family villas in Thailand that cost hundreds or even tens of millions.
The living room area is not large, but the sense of design is very strong, and the whole love.
On the second floor, in addition to the living room, there are two bedrooms.
One is large, with a separate cloakroom and bathroom, which can be used as a children's room.
The other room is slightly smaller, when the study or guest room bar.
Go up to the third floor and take a look at the master bedroom.
Look down the aisle on the third floor, and the living room has no floor-to-ceiling windows.
There is only one master bedroom on the third floor, which is of course a great size.
The 1.8-meter bed is like a toy inside.
Separate cloakroom, which can be made into a sliding door or partition.
The master bedroom bathroom took a quick look and the double-slot washstand was very user-friendly.
The bathrooms you see are all in the delivery standard and don't have to be installed yourself.
The price of this double-spelled unit is about 14 million baht, equivalent to about 2.8 million yuan.
Basically, it is the price of buying a two-bedroom apartment in downtown Bangkok, so the comprehensive value for money is very good.
But the price is better! Let's take a look at another apartment type – townhouses.
The townhouse covers an area of 88 square meters, with an indoor use area of 200 square meters, which is also 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 parking spaces, and 3 floors.
Unlike the double spelling, the townhouse type entrance is a space with a height of 6 meters.
Because the footprint is smaller, it is obviously more compact than the double-piece apartment, but the height of the floor is more than 6 meters, so it will not feel cramped.
Floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows throughout the wall are still the highlights.
The kitchen is really small and the model house uses the outdoor space and widens the kitchen area.
Strictly speaking, this unit is a 3.5-storey design. It's kind of like my house. It is between the first and second floors, making a half-floor space to connect.
You can use it as a space for work, leisure and entertainment, and I like this design myself.
Going to the second floor, the stairwell on the 2nd-3rd floor is also this kind of high glass window of the whole wall, which is too comfortable.
The door to the right of the floor-to-ceiling window comes in, which is the master bedroom, which is about 40 square meters.
The same is the front wall of the window to light, the bedroom curtains must be selected thick blackout, otherwise it will be woken up in the morning.
Take a quick look at the cloakroom and bathroom in the master bedroom.
There are two bedrooms on the third floor, one large and one small.
The small one can be used as a children's room or guest room, and the design of the model house is very cute, and the children should like it, but it is not practical.
The other room is more spacious, about 15 square meters.
Although the two second bedrooms are not large, they are comfortable to live in, with separate bathrooms.
The price of this townhouse is very cheap, about 8 million baht, equivalent to about 1.60-1.7 million yuan, which is 1 million yuan cheaper than the previous double fight.
Then let's talk about the project:
It is located 2.7 km from BTS ONNUT Station, 15 minutes by car from the bustling wealthy area of Ekkamai. The location of the large area is very good, and the traffic is also in all directions.
The surrounding life facilities are rich, and there are no less than 10 supermarkets, which is very convenient for life.
But I still have to remind everyone that the villa is more suitable for families with cars, and this project walks to the bts station for at least half an hour. Friends who do not plan to buy a car, or consider an apartment.
Also, when I went to see it, the houses here had been sold 70-80% of the time, and the owners were already living there.
Most of the people who buy it are local high-quality families in Thailand, so the overall atmosphere of the community will also be good.
The surrounding schools are shown below, and I will not introduce them too much.
Whether it is the price and location, this project is very suitable for accompanying families from abroad.

Thai villa, you really have to buy just need, such as accompanying reading, such as settling in Thailand, the family is large, and work and live here for many years.
Take myself as an example:
Old friends know that I had no intention of buying a villa in Thailand. Before renting a villa, I thought it would be convenient for Edamame to go to school nearby.
But after renting for a while, I found out that something was wrong! The annual rent of 180,000 yuan (80,000 baht per month), renting for 15 years is 3 million smaller, for us is better to rent than to buy.
But are reading this article fan friends, you do not look at the price is cheap on the impulse to start, buy to find that it is not suitable for themselves on the late, Thailand's second-hand villas are not easy to sell.
For most of the friends who want to buy a house in Thailand for temporary living, pension, and rental, the apartment can meet all your needs, the transportation is more convenient, the supporting facilities are more abundant, the maintenance cost is lower, and there is more fireworks to live in.
