The Consulate General in Dubai reminds personnel to go to China to take strict precautions against a new round of the epidemic

author:Bright Net

According to the WeChat public account of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, recently, due to the impact of the Omiljung mutant virus, Dubai and the northern emirate have ushered in a new wave of epidemics, and the number of confirmed cases has risen sharply. Under the current severe epidemic situation, in order to ensure the healthy and stable operation of flights and reduce the risk of epidemic importation, the Chinese Consulate General in Dubai once again reminds those going to China:

First, strictly prevent personal epidemics, and assume the responsibility of pre-departure observation. Earnestly do a good job of self-isolation management 14 days before the trip, and fill in the health status test form carefully and truthfully. In line with the principle of being responsible for ourselves and other passengers on the flight, we avoid going out and gathering, and strictly protect ourselves.

Second, be vigilant against the risk points of infection, and avoid infection during or after testing. According to overseas Chinese compatriots, after completing the test, some passengers were paralyzed and relaxed in their awareness of epidemic prevention, went to crowded places, and even organized to participate in the "farewell party" dinner and entertainment, sightseeing and shopping at the airport, etc., resulting in cross-infection. Please go to China to improve the awareness of epidemic prevention, do a good job of "whole process" epidemic prevention, wear epidemic prevention equipment throughout the testing, check-in and boarding, maintain social distancing, and reduce the risk of epidemic infection.

Third, enhance the understanding of the mutant strain and avoid luck. Studies have shown that the Omiljung strain has a short incubation period and is highly infectious. Personnel going to China are requested to carefully assess the urgency and necessity of international travel under the epidemic situation, as well as the economic losses that may be caused by flight circuit breakers, and keep in mind that "non-essential, non-urgent, non-travel". Passengers who do have urgent travel needs must pay attention to the risk of the epidemic and strengthen personal precautions.
