Today I went back to practicing the Bow Yoga Online Membership Course, and one of the movements required controlling the upper body and swinging the legs. During the exercise, I remembered the steady swing of her legs when Ms. Yali was teaching; I used to be shaky when I practiced this movement, and now I can be very stable. I felt my entire back and right ribs being activated deeply; I could also feel my entire right ribs, left and right, and the space up and down glued together.

This reminds me of the previous exercises, the right collarbone also felt adhesion, the surface is fine, but as long as the breath is brought in, the adhesion can be clearly felt. Ben wanted to take some scrap with his breath, but in fact his breathing was taking a detour because there was no space.

The whole set of movements feels very transparent after practicing, like doing a deep detoxification of the body, and in the online class without considering the time and place, a mobile phone can be done, every day can be practiced; if you can insist on detoxification every day, then I don't know how beautiful I will be.

It turned out that many parts of the body were still sleeping, and I needed to wake up the sleeping part, then straighten it out, and then study how to use it well.
