According to the law, the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment punished Jimo Water Supply Company in accordance with the law and fined 353125 yuan.

It is reported that the law enforcement personnel of the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment found on July 13 that there was black sludge in the northeast and northwest of The Forest Land in Bei'an Village, Bei'an Street, Jimo District, Qingdao City, part of which had been dried and partly covered with mud and stirred. After investigation, law enforcement officers found that the sludge was the industrial solid waste sludge of the waterworks entrusted by Jimo Water Company.

Jimo Water Supply Company violated the first paragraph of Article 37 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste, and the provisions of items 9 and 2 of the first paragraph of Article 102. On October 11, the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment issued an administrative penalty decision of Qinghuan Penalty Zi [2021] No. 018 to Jimo Water Supply Company in accordance with the law, and fined 353125 yuan.

According to the Tianyancha enterprise information website, Jimo Water Supply Company was established on August 12, 1993, and its business scope includes general business items: production and supply of tap water, installation and maintenance of water supply pipelines, equipment installation and maintenance, and maintenance of water meters.
