The Beijing health code has not dared to close it. ”
From November 17, 2021, the policy of Beijing entering Beijing will be adjusted, and personnel entering Beijing must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours and a "Beijing Health Treasure" green code.
Afraid that the health code will suddenly "yellow" off
Unlike the mentality of "admitting life" to arrivals, COVID-19 patients or residents of epidemic areas, the mood of people in the low-risk areas around the "medium and high-risk areas" is more complicated; especially after the concept of "space-time companion" was introduced - as long as it stays in the same spatio-temporal grid with the confirmed number for more than 10 minutes, whether it is passing by or signal drift, if it is identified and the confirmed patient has a trajectory intersection, the health code will turn yellow. This creates a real anxiety, fear that when you wake up, the health code will suddenly turn yellow, and then all the plans will be canceled and stranded at home.
The Paper collected the yellow code policies of various provinces and municipalities directly under the central government, and the analysis found that the degree of disclosure of the code rules in different regions is different, and the judgment of "trajectory intersection personnel" is also different. In addition, there are 9 provinces (or municipalities directly under the central government) of the yellow code rules, after listing all the conditions for the health code to yellow code, but also attached a "nother risk personnel", that is, in the actual situation, even if all the conditions above are not met, what color the health code is, there are still variables.
Most provinces and cities do not clearly state whether the health code of personnel from low-risk areas in the county (city, district, banner) where the medium- and high-risk area is located will turn yellow, but according to the local isolation policy, most of them state that such personnel need to be "home health monitoring".
In addition to similar monitoring methods for space-time companions, Hainan Province will also use video surveillance, electronic payment, on-site or telephone investigations to check for possible close contacts.
The yellow code under the fault
At the end of 2021, the epidemic in Xi'an re-emerged, and a large-scale collapse occurred in Xi'an's local health code "One Code Pass", causing great inconvenience to citizens' lives. The media reported that Mr. Li, a citizen, said that "the nucleic acid just discharged to himself, and the one-code pass collapsed... Property let upstairs etc notice". Some people on the people's network leadership message board left a message, "can't go out to buy."
The "collapse" of the health code is temporary and conspicuous. Health codes try to use code logic to simulate people's daily actions, to find the intersection with confirmed patients. But people's lives cannot be exhausted, so in the logic of the health code system, those special cases that are neglected are more hidden, and they have to wait until a few people inadvertently encounter unexpected situations together before they can be exposed.
The Paper combed through the people's network's leadership message board, from the first confirmed case in Xi'an to January 12, 2022, all the messages related to the unexpected yellowing of the health code. Xi'an one-code pass accounts for the majority, mostly related to the lack of information exchange: nucleic acid testing done in other places can not be synchronized to the one-code system, and because of the lockdown can not participate in Xi'an collective nucleic acid testing, so that the one-code pass yellow, affecting normal work and life.
But the health code inexplicably turned yellow, not just Xi'an one code pass.
Someone left a message: "If you have not been to a risky place, will you also be quarantined?" On December 17, I purchased a ticket from Beijing to Xi'an to Dunhuang. Due to the serious epidemic in Xi'an, I cancelled on January 4, 2022, purchased a ticket from Beijing-Lanzhou-Dunhuang on the same day, and arrived in Lanzhou on January 9, 2022. But the health code showed that I was from a person from a risk area who needed to isolate me and do nucleic acid. ”
Several messages mentioned that they lost hotel and transportation costs because they accidentally turned yellow because of the health code, or did not turn green when they met the requirements for turning green. Candidates who are preparing to take the written examination of public institutions in Gansu Province cannot participate in the examination due to sudden changes in policies and the health code has changed from green to yellow.
Programs cannot replace people. The simple and clear logic of the red, yellow and green codes is easy to cause cold accidental injuries, and we need people to solve the problems caused by these accidental injuries.
"Code" is yellow, what to do?
When the health code turns yellow, how can I turn back to the green code? Based on the transcoding policies of various provinces and cities, The Paper has drawn a flow chart of yellow codes to green codes.
The figure shows the general transcoding process, the specific regulations of each province and city will be slightly different, the specific policy can be called the local 12345 hotline, 12320 hotline to inquire. For example, the "Ankang code" in Anhui also wants to change from a yellow code application to a green code, and for the holder of the yellow code of "confirmed case/general contact of an asymptomatic infected person", it is required to upload a negative nucleic acid test report three times in 7 days (day 1, 4, 7), while for the holder of the yellow code of "confirmed case/asymptomatic infected person with spatio-temporal companion", it is required to upload a negative nucleic acid test report twice in 3 days (24 hours apart).
