Strictly investigate rural counterfeit and shoddy food, the State Administration of Market Supervision, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs jointly released ten typical cases of special law enforcement actions for rural fake and shoddy food on the 17th.

【Problem edible oil marked with false production date】Longding Vice Food Co., Ltd. in Pujiang County, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, changed the packaging of a batch of edible oils that are close to the shelf life and marked them as sales after the new production date. As of the occurrence of the case, the problem edible oil after the replacement of packaging has been sold out, and the value of the goods is 14950 yuan. The Market Supervision Bureau of Pujiang County, Jinhua City, ordered the parties concerned to recall 148 barrels of the problem edible oil and supervise the destruction, confiscate the illegal gains according to law, and impose a fine of 502,800 yuan.

【Production and sale of unqualified pig products】Law enforcement personnel of the Agricultural and Rural Bureau of Jin'an District, Lu'an City, Anhui Province, found that a truck illegally loaded with 73 pig carcasses during routine inspections, and could not provide animal inspection and quarantine certificates, and was tested as unqualified pig products.
