In the film, Ah Ling needs a job, and there is a paralyzed father-in-law in the family who needs to be taken care of. Wei Lun is the only student in the class who does not reject Chinese, and the long period of solitude makes him lack of love from his parents during his growth, and Ah Ling's appearance and care make up for the emotions that Wei Lun needs. After the two had a relationship, Ah Ling became pregnant, and it turned out that the problem of not being able to have children was not on herself.
