Do not return home during the Spring Festival, and it is safest to celebrate the festival in situ.

In principle, there is no postponement during the Spring Festival, especially for personnel in medium- and high-risk areas in China, if there is no special circumstance, they will not return, try to celebrate the New Year in their place of residence, and can use the network video connection method to reunite with relatives and friends in their hometown "cloud", wait for the epidemic situation to completely ease, and then reunite with relatives and friends in their hometown.

We must be cautious in preventing and controlling the epidemic, and I wish for everyone's safety.

At present, although the epidemic prevention and control situation in Xi'an continues to improve, the Spring Festival is approaching, and there is still a risk of infection on the way back home. For those who return from the quarantine period at the port of entry, the "point-to-point" closed-loop pick-up will continue to implement 7-day centralized isolation and 7-day home isolation measures.
