Case 2: Fuqing Jiuselu Foreign Language Training Center Co., Ltd. published false advertisements.

Case 3: Ninghua Mingcheng Potential Training Center Co., Ltd. published false advertisements.

The content of the wall outdoor advertisement produced and released by the parties contains the words "one of the 10,000 cooperative schools in The Country", "Strong alliance with China Huawei Group", "Mingcheng Education is a formal institution jointly recognized by the Education Bureau and the Administration for Industry and Commerce", "Qingbei R&D OMO Course helps students to achieve Fame", etc., and the parties cannot provide true basis, violating the provisions of Article 4, Paragraph 1 and Article 28, Paragraph 2 of the Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China. In accordance with Article 55 of the Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China, the Ninghua County Market Supervision Bureau issued an administrative penalty in April 2021, ordering the parties to stop publishing illegal advertisements, eliminate the adverse effects, and impose a fine of 7,000 yuan.

Case 4: Lianjiang Xingcan Training Center Co., Ltd. used standard terms to infringe on the rights and interests of consumers.

The parties' use of standard clause contracts to increase consumer liability violates the provisions of article 27, paragraph 1, item (8) of the Measures for the Implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests in Fujian Province. Pursuant to Article 60 of the Measures of Fujian Province for the Implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests, the Lianjiang County Market Supervision Bureau issued an administrative penalty in April 2021, ordering the parties to make immediate corrections and imposing a fine of 2,000 yuan.

Case 5: Putian Chengxiang Xiangxue and Excellent Training Center Co., Ltd. did not clearly mark the price according to the regulations.

On April 14, 2021, the law enforcement personnel of the Putian Municipal Market Supervision Bureau found during the inspection that the parties failed to publicize the charging standards in accordance with the provisions, violating the provisions of Article 13 of the Price Law of the People's Republic of China, constituting the illegal act of "not clearly marking the price in accordance with the prescribed content and method" in Item (2) of Article 13 of the Provisions on Administrative Punishment for Price Violations.
