As a classic sedan in China, the new generation of Ford Mondeo was officially unveiled at the opening ceremony of the Ford China Design Center on January 17, and the most obvious change in the new car is the size of the extension, the whole series of standard 2.0T four-cylinder engine, is expected to be available as soon as this year.

In terms of appearance, the new Monteu is very similar to the current EVOS, especially the front part of the face using a 3D scale grille design, while adding a spoiler design on both sides of the bumper, which looks sporty; the body side also continues the EVOS's concave and convex waistline design, coupled with a sneakback roof; the tail uses through taillights, with an exaggerated airflow diffuser under the rear bar, which further broadens the visual width of the vehicle.
The body size is the highlight, the current Mondeo size is 4873 * 1852 * 1470mm, the wheelbase is 2850mm, while the new generation of Mondeo has a length, width and height of 4935/1875/1500mm, and a wheelbase of 2945mm, almost close to the C-class car.
In terms of interior, it is reported that it has the same design as EVOS, equipped with a 27-inch 4K high-definition giant central control screen with a width of more than 1.1 meters.

In terms of power, the new car will be equipped with a 2.0T turbocharged engine produced by Changan Ford Automobile Co., Ltd. with a maximum power of 175 kW and a peak torque of 376 Nm · m, the drivetrain matches the 8-speed automatic transmission.
