OPPO Find X5 exposure: the first 6nm self-developed chip

MediaTek recently released the Tianji 9000 processor, which is its first mobile platform created by 4nm process and will be launched by the OPPO Find X series.

On January 17, some digital bloggers broke the news that the OBPO Find X5 series front and the previous generation basically did not change, that is, the digging design and micro-curved form.

In terms of core configuration, the series is expected to be equipped with the Tianji 9000 or Snapdragon 8 mobile platform, while the first OPPO self-developed chip Mariana MariSilicon X, and the camera and the Name of the Harbin Soviet Union, after which OnePlus has cooperated with the latter.

MariSilicon X is an image-specific NPU chip, built using TSMC 6nm process, with a self-developed AI computing unit, with a maximum of 18 TOPS AI computing power, energy efficiency ratio of 11.6 TOPS/W, which exceeds the A15 chip computing power.

In addition, it integrates the MariLumi image processing unit, which is fully developed by OPPO, which supports 20bit bandwidth, and supports the ultra-dynamic range of 20-bit Ultra HDR, which is four times the capability of the most advanced general-purpose platform.

In other configurations, the Find X5 series also has LTPO high brush screen, 80W SuperVOOC flash charge and so on.
