In 2008, Ronaldinho moved to Serie A AC Milan. Three years later, Ronaldinho returned to his hometown and played in the Brazilian league in Flamengo, Atlético Mineiro, Querétaro and Fluminense.

On January 17, 2018, Ronaldinho officially announced his retirement.

In two decades of football, Ronaldinho has won two La Liga titles, one Serie A title, one Champions League, one Copa Libertadores, one World Cup, one Copa America, and two FIFA World Footballers.
