The Australian Federal Court announced a judgment on the 16th, upholding the revocation of the visa of Serbian tennis star and the world's number one male tennis player Djokovic, and the three judges of the Federal Court reached an agreement on this.

The judge noted that The Australian Immigration Department had the power to revoke Djokovic's visa. This means that Djokovic will be repatriated and banned from issuing visas by the Australian government for three years. Djokovic will therefore miss the Australian Open, which began on the 17th.
