Perhaps, it is the opportunity in the dark, li Xianxiu's Miaozhai and anti-corrosion have formed an indissoluble relationship, known as the birthplace of China's anti-corrosion. Affected by the environment, Li Xianxiu began to learn anti-corrosion technology at the age of 16, because of his intelligence and studiousness, he quickly grew into a technical backbone, in the 1980s he began to contract anti-corrosion projects and established an anti-corrosion company. In 1984, he participated in the chemical anti-corrosion theory training course of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, and quickly grew into a well-known anti-corrosion expert in the industry, overcoming a series of major problems. In 1983, in the overhaul of the equipment pipe network in the catalytic device area contracted by the Heilongjiang Chemical Experimental Plant, in order to avoid accidents caused by sparks, he communicated with Soviet experts and agreed to adopt the protective iron insulation process of inserting, hanging, biting and nailless buckle, which ensured safety and saved man-hours. In recent years, Li Xianxiu has led Sihai Company to vigorously carry out technological innovation, and participated in the formulation of many national standards such as China's industrial equipment pipeline anti-corrosion technical standards, China's industrial equipment pipeline insulation and thermal insulation technical standards, China's prefabricated building steel structure anti-corrosion technical standards and steel structure fire protection technical standards. At the same time, it has obtained 7 national patents such as paint automatic color sprayer, paint color mixing cylinder equipment, paint mixing and blending machine.
Anti-corrosion has changed the fate of Li Xianxiu's life, but also changed the life of his family, Li Xianxiu has a strong fire-like feeling for anti-corrosion.
In the 40 years of anti-corrosion career, he found that for thousands of years, from ancient Chinese tree oil to lacquer paint, and then to today's modern industrial anti-corrosion, in the history of Chinese anti-corrosion, many cultural relics have been left, many stories and ballads have been passed down, many world records have been born, and many elite figures have emerged... It is his duty and mission to protect and record these remains. To this end, he began to collect antiseptic materials, find the elderly, visit experts, and study embalming culture. He was determined to build a museum that presents the history of Chinese anti-corrosion in a panoramic way, publicize and promote China's anti-corruption culture, educate future generations, and enlighten the future. With the support of several academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Society of Corrosion and Protection, and the Changyuan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, a 50-acre, 30,000-square-meter construction area, and a planned investment of 200 million yuan in China's only anti-corrosion history museum was established and started construction in August 2018, and the main hall of the first phase of 10,000 square meters has been officially opened on January 7, 2022, and it is planned to open on May 1. Up to now, the museum has collected and sorted out more than 2,000 pieces of anti-corrosion construction equipment and cultural and historical materials, the exhibits mainly include: high-altitude brush paint hooks used by Changyuan people in the 1950s, iron scissors for equipment insulation, flash drills, iron rods for the top surface of the cylinder, valves for making insulation and special wooden hammers for production, insulation board knives, iron tape measures for measuring the amount of engineering in the 1960s and 1970s, brush paint thickness detection instruments and other instruments. These traditional anti-corrosion and insulation tools record the vicissitudes of the Chinese engaged in the anti-corrosion industry, witness the development footprint and arduous process of China's anti-corrosion industry, record the anti-corrosion people's spirit of struggle without fear of hardships and dangers, and have the courage to open up into the annals of history, fill the gap in the anti-corrosion industry at home and abroad, play a role in promoting the display of anti-corrosion skills and materials, improve the quality of anti-corrosion, and set up a monument for carrying forward and inheriting China's anti-corrosion culture.
Li Xianxiu is also a poet, he has insisted on composing one poem a day since 2004, and has published five poetry collections and a novel of "Shanghai Langchao", especially the two poems he composed for his company, "Song of the Four Seas" and "Great China's Great Changyuan Atmosphere", which have sung the Chinese music scene and the Hainan Spring Festival Gala.
