The Anglo-French Wars of the 14th and 15th centuries, known as the Hundred Years' War, lasted for 116 years and were protracted. However, if we want to say which war in the history of the world has been fought the most protracted, it is not this hundred-year war. In history, the longest war was fought for 335 years, two hundred years more than the Hundred Years' War. Moreover, this longest-lasting war is still a rather strange war, which lasted for more than three hundred years, and no one has died. So, what kind of war is this?
This also begins with the English Civil War that took place in the 17th century. In 1648, the Second Civil War broke out in England, which was fought between the Republican Round-Skull Party and the Monarchist Party, which defended the monarchy. After a series of battles, Cromwell, the leader of the Roundchief, led the Parliamentary Army to defeat the Royalists, driving the Royalists to the Syly Islands near cornwall. Of course, the real reason why the British Royal Navy fought the Dutch Navy was actually because the Dutch and the Round Skull Party were allies and supported the Round Skull Party spiritually.
