Sanyan Finance, January 15 news Digital service provider AsiaInfo Technology announced that on January 14, 2022, Beijing AsiaInfo has agreed to acquire about 94.23% of the equity of iResearch Consulting for a total consideration of RMB511.7804 million.
Through this acquisition, it will enhance AsiaInfo's ability to digitally operate DSaaS and transform its business intelligently.
After the completion of the acquisition transaction, iResearch will continue to operate independently.
iResearch's revenue in the first half of 2021 increased by approximately 39.72% year-on-year, and profit after tax increased by approximately RMB8.6 million over the same period last year.
