Strange and have to love. Welcome to Yanran's little "Hundred Ghosts Night Walking Handbook", which is dedicated to the yokai from Japan. Today I am talking to you about the princess who can summon the skeleton monster army - Takiya Fork Hime.

The origin of Takiya's fork hime

Takiyoshi was originally the daughter of the legendary Emperor Hōmu V of Japan, SunPei Shomon, who was born in Mayhime. However, after his father raised an army to rebel and claimed to be the new emperor, he was killed and beheaded. As an orphan, May hime has a grudge, learns witchcraft, and calls herself Takiya Fork Hime. Then Takiyazuhime returns with her own army of yokai to avenge her father.

Takiya's appearance

As the daughter of Hira shomon, Takiya Yoshihime looks roughly like an ancient Japanese princess in a kimono. When he was in exile, he was still young, and later literary and artistic works also emphasized Takiyuki's appearance as a summoner of the yokai army, or the image of a yokai like the daughter of the ugly time and Hashihime hanging a candle on the head of the Oni ship shrine and a mirror on the chest.

At the same time, in different legends, the story of Takiya Fork Hime is slightly different, and her appearance is usually accompanied by frogs or skeletons, or youkai armies.

Takiya's behavior

As a famous witch in legend, Takiya is a witch who can summon an army of yokai. She is able to summon a huge skeleton army, and later revolts with the youkai army, fighting against the Otaku lieutenant general Mitsusei (commonly known as Taro) and Yamashiro Mitsunari, and after a fierce battle, Takiya is defeated, but still leaves a shocking story.

In particular, the huge skeleton monster depicted in Utagawa Kuniyoshi's "Soma No Kuniri" conveys the scene of Takiya's summoning of a skeleton army.

Legend has it that this large skeleton monster was actively formed by the bones of the unburied deceased, and it is also said that this skeleton monster was transformed by the corpse of his father's dead subordinates. It is said that on the verge of death, Takiya Yoshihime repented in her heart, so after her death, she ascended to the side of Heijōmon.

The story of Takiya Fork Hime

Legend has it that after the Tianqing Rebellion, Ping shogun Was killed in battle, and the whole family was declared traitors and ordered to be executed. But his two children somehow escaped execution. One of the children is Mayhime, who became Takiya's fork-hime.

After learning about her father, May hime was unwilling and full of resentment, unable to let go of the grief of her father's death and the idea of avenging her father, so May hime ran to the Kifune Shrine and visited the Kifune Myōshin at the ugly third hour. Then her resentment awakens Ara, who gives her strength and instructs her to change her name to Takiya Fork Hime, and since then TakiYa Fork Hime has gained a different kind of power, able to awaken the youkai army to serve herself.

Takiya and her brother return to her father's Sagami Castle, gather her father's old ministry, and continue the rebellion against the emperor along with the youkai army she has summoned.

However, the Emperor sent mitsuyoshi (tsuneyoshi Taro), a samurai general who was proficient in yin and yang at the time, and Hikari Yamashiro to attack Takinosuke, who was ultimately defeated.

In addition to gaining power at the Kifune Shrine, there are other theories about how Takiyuki took control of the youkai army. According to some legends, Takino-hime met a mysterious wizard and gave her a magic scroll containing frog magic, and after studying the scroll, Takiya-hime became a master of witchcraft. There is also a legend that Takiya Washime was tricked by King Seheung to resurrect her father, Heijōmon.

Small fiction hundred ghosts

Japan seems to have a lot of magic related to frogs, psychics and the like, at least to see Naruto is simply innumerable.

There are also the shadows of frog scrolls in Takiya's story, and there are also many frog carvings in front of the tomb of Heijōmon today. It is also said to be a pun, and the Japanese word for frog kaeru is a homophone of the word "return". Takiya's father, Hirasamon, whose severed head longs to return to his hometown, and people also hope that Hirayama's soul will return to heaven and not continue to be a disaster to the world.

After reading the story of Takiya Fork Hime, Xiao Xiao found that this was another woman who turned into a monster in three moments of ugliness. If you count, the Daughter of ugly times, Hashime, and so on are all like this, or it seems that many of the women who became witches or yokai in ancient Japan are related to the Kifune Shrine. Dude, this is simply a transformation routine.
