At about 5:00 a.m. on January 13, after the preliminary analysis and comparison of clues and the squatting for many consecutive days, the police of the Cherry Orchard Brigade of the Xicheng Traffic Detachment seized the driver Zhang Mou who illegally drove on the road near the Right Anmen Bridge, and Zhang Admitted to the illegal fact that he had privately altered the number plate of the motor vehicle, according to relevant laws and regulations, Zhang Mou will face a fine of 5,000 yuan, a driver's license of 12 points and a detention of less than 15 days, and at the same time, during the use of the altered motor vehicle number plate, the vehicle produced other traffic violations.
