Welcome to the Winter Olympics! More than 300 children's paintings were exhibited in Beijing

On January 14th, the "Children's Winter Olympics - The Second National Children's Painting Exhibition" opened at the China Women and Children's Museum. More than 300 masterpieces carefully selected from the 2022 works are divided into four chapters: "My Childhood Winter Olympic Dream", "Dexterous Little Hand Painting Winter Olympics", "Ice and Snow Welcoming Spring and Joy", and "Hand in Hand to Forge Ahead into the Future".

According to reports, the scope of this collection of works covers 31 provinces, autonomous regions and cities, the theme of the painting is prominent, the content is rich, through the ice and snow pictures full of childlike fun, showing the good wishes of children to welcome the Winter Olympics, advocating the Olympic spirit, loving the sports scene of ice and snow sports and the firm confidence of "going to the future together". The collection of works for the Winter Olympics has been actively responded to and actively participated by the majority of children, and the children have used the paintbrushes in their hands to dye out the winter Olympic dreams in their hearts, and what is particularly touching is that the children from the special education schools have also expressed their praise and hope for the Winter Olympics with paintings, and feel the warmth of "snow melting" in the cold winter.

The exhibition is co-sponsored by the Family and Children's Work Department of the All-China Women's Federation and the China Women and Children's Museum, and is strongly supported by the Cultural Activities Department and the Press and Propaganda Department of the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee.

The exhibition will run until March 15, 2022, during which a wealth of winter Olympic ice and snow experiences and practical activities will be held.
