They called for speeding up the establishment of a low-altitude airspace coordination management agency, straightening out the general aviation management system and industrial development plan, timely introducing policies and measures for Chongqing's low-altitude airspace management and general aviation development, accelerating the formation of a general aviation supervision and service system of military and civilian information exchange, resource sharing, coordination and high efficiency, ensuring the controllability, refinement and normalization of low-altitude flight missions, forward-looking solutions to the bottleneck problem of the development of the general aviation industry, rapidly releasing the demand for the general aviation market, and rapidly activating the potential of the general aviation industry development. Achieve high-quality development of the general aviation industry.

The information on social conditions and public opinion has been highly valued by the municipal party committee and the municipal government.

On November 17, 2021, in order to solidly handle the social situation and public opinion information, the relevant responsible persons of 7 departments, including the Municipal Party Committee Military-Civil Integration Office, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Organization Office, the Municipal Public Security Bureau, the Municipal Transportation Bureau, the Civil Aviation Chongqing Supervision Bureau, and the Civil Aviation Chongqing Air Traffic Control Branch, jointly carried out consultations.

At the symposium on the same day, the relevant responsible persons of the 7 departments discussed and exchanged views on the construction of the control platform, the construction of the coordination mechanism, the construction of the rule of law laws and regulations, and the promotion of market-oriented operation, and thought and exchanged on the work to be promoted by each other.

The meeting held that it is necessary to further understand the central authorities' decision-making and intention on the reform of the low-altitude field, formulate the goals, directions, and degree of decentralization of the development of the general aviation industry; strengthen departmental coordination, sort out the documents issued by Chongqing on the reform of the low-altitude field and the development of the general aviation industry, and clarify which can continue to be used and which need to be improved and enriched; and it is necessary to learn from the experience and practices of operation and management in other places.

After the symposium, the 7 departments quickly carried out relevant work and actively promoted the establishment of a daily contact mechanism between departments.
