Wang Cheng, male, Han ethnicity, born in April 1971, a member of the Communist Party of China, a deputy to the 16th and 17th People's Congress of Changning City, joined the public security work in April 1993, successively served as deputy captain, captain, director of the police station, political commissar of the Shuikoushan Branch, and currently the head of the traffic police brigade of the Changning Municipal Public Security Bureau. In 2017, the provincial government decided to build a copper-lead-zinc industrial base in Shuikoushan Town, and the project investment amount, construction scale, land area, demolition and resettlement workload are unprecedented, involving more than 600 villagers in 2 villages, land requisition and demolition, labor and labor conflicts occur frequently, and the remaining problems and public security situation are also the most complicated. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project construction, Comrade Wang Cheng took the initiative to ask Miao to serve as the "project police officer" of the project, sticking to the forefront of the project police office, serving as a commander, a combatant and a mediator. In the past four years, Comrade Wang Cheng has successfully handled more than 50 cases of illegal obstruction of work and blocking roads, mediated and resolved more than 40 cases of various contradictions and disputes, seized 19 people who forcibly took over projects and obstructed work and made trouble, led a team into villages and households to hold villagers' meetings more than 20 times, actively assisted the local government in only one month to complete the land acquisition, demolition, and resettlement of 1,270 mu of land in the Zhuye project, and promoted the entire project to be fully completed and put into operation in only 13 months, so as to smoothly achieve "completion in the same year, production in half a year, and results in one year" for the Zhuye project. With the strong development and driving of the three leading enterprises of Shuikoushan Group, Zhuye Nonferrous Metals and Minmetals Copper, a large number of industrial projects have been put into operation. In the past three years, the park has introduced a total of 26 downstream enterprises. In the past two years, 9 projects of Hengyang Spring Industrial Concentration, 10 projects of Gaonuo Science and Technology Innovation Park, and 5 projects of Jinziyu New Materials have been held in three batches. In the past three years, Comrade Wang Cheng has properly handled more than 50 cases of wage solicitation and recovered nearly 20 million yuan in wages for migrant workers.
