Later, due to the family's livelihood, Zhao Shoubei went out to work with several elders in the village before he graduated from junior high school, because he did not understand technology, he could only work as a small worker in the construction site, holding bricks, carrying sand, and mud... After earning some savings from part-time work, Zhao Shoubei returned to Pengyang to set up a vocational skills training institution, specializing in teaching migrant workers welding, wall building and other techniques. "After writing calligraphy for half a lifetime, I have always been thinking about it myself, and I feel very good about myself, but I didn't expect that after entering the professional training class, I found that my font was not only not good-looking, but even the pen was extremely irregular." After Zhao Shoubei found his own gap, he actively asked the teacher for advice and communicated with his classmates, because he was eager to learn, had understanding, and had decades of calligraphy skills, not only quickly mastered the rules of pen use, but also made great progress in calligraphy. "Before, I only dared to write large characters, because the technical requirements of small characters were too high, and I couldn't reach them at all, you see, now, my small letters can also be hung on the wall."
