Wang Jian said that independent stations are one of the important choices for further enlargement and strength after the development of enterprises to a certain scale. By establishing independent stations, it is conducive to the construction of ecological chains and the establishment of independent customer groups.

"Through the survey, more than 80% of companies plan to invest heavily in brand and product innovation in the future, which is a very good signal. In the future, the development of enterprises should also be integrated, not only to carry out business on one platform, but also to multi-channel, and even to establish their own ecosystem. Wang Jian said.

In addition to the independent station, compliance issues were also a hot topic of discussion among the participants on the day, which is a challenge for almost all companies trying to operate internationally. Sidley Saidheed said, "It is not enough to have leading technology, each country will have different requirements, how can we find the best way to avoid these legal risks?" There may be many minefields we face, and I hope that the government will support us more so that we can better go out. ”

Feng Xiaopeng, a partner at King & Wood Mallesons, also believes that only by complying with international operations can cross-border e-commerce companies better grasp opportunities. Feng Xiaopeng suggested that enterprises should carry out internal compliance investigations and compliance adjustments as soon as possible, achieve compliance with business models and export models, actively communicate with local tax bureaus and foreign exchange administrations, and clarify the ways and processes for applying for tax exemptions, tax refunds and foreign exchange receipts. At the same time, it is necessary to design and implement the supply chain compliance system, including supplier management, logistics quality control, warehousing and logistics management, customs clearance risk control, etc.

"Enterprises should also design a risk isolation system to control the legal risks brought to the company by suppliers, freight forwarders and other partners who violate laws and regulations." In addition, compliance under existing policy and institutional conditions can be achieved by setting up overseas subsidiaries to build overseas structures. Feng Xiaopeng said.
