Cook three shreds

method:

1. White dry slices, after which the white dry is cut into strips, and then put into a basin filled with water, so that it spreads out and does not stick together;

2. Rinse the cut dry wire four or five times, then put it in a pot of boiling water and blanch it again, and then dip it into a basin full of water for later;

3. Soak the sea rice, wash the chives and cut them into large pieces for later;

4. When the oil is 30% hot in the pot, put the sea rice and green onion into the medium heat and simmer until the green onion is brown; add cooking wine, soy sauce and sugar to the pot;

5. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, cook for five minutes, then scoop up the green onion and sea rice and set aside;

6. Add dry shreds to the pot, gently stir and cook for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat, drizzle with sesame oil, mix well and serve.
