In the 50th minute Bernadideschi broke through in a row and shot at goal, the ball slightly above the crossbar. In the 59th minute, Dumfries nodded the ball into the goal and the ball hit the upright and popped up. In the final moments of injury time, Sanchez's header hit the goal and the ball was slightly offside.

In the 102nd minute of extra time, Dybala attempted a long-range shot from the perimeter and the ball went high over the crossbar. In the 120th minute of the match, Sanchez scored a deadlocked goal inside the penalty area to give Inter a 2-1 lead.

In the final 120 minutes, Inter Milan won the Italian Super Cup this season with a 2-1 victory over Juventus with a last-minute goal. This is the sixth Italian Super Cup in inter Milan's history, and it is also the second time they have won the Italian Super Cup after 10 years.
