Naif said that The relationship between The Two Sides has a long history, and China is an important strategic partner and the largest trading partner of the GCC, and the two sides have a high degree of mutual trust. The GCC highly appreciates China's important influence and positive role in international and regional affairs, is full of expectations for the future of bilateral relations, and firmly believes that cooperation between the two sides is conducive to the stability and development of the Gulf region and brings great benefits to the people.
The two sides exchanged in-depth views on enhancing China-Sea relations, deepening pragmatic cooperation and strengthening multilateral coordination, and reached a series of important consensus.
The two sides agreed that the conditions for the establishment of a strategic partnership between China and the Sea are ripe, and it will accelerate this process, push bilateral relations to a new level, send a positive signal to the outside world, and better safeguard the legitimate interests of both sides and the common interests of regional countries.
The two sides agreed to convene the Fourth China-Sea Strategic Dialogue in Riyadh as soon as possible, jointly formulate and sign an action plan for the Next Three Years of Strategic Dialogue, and inject new content and expand new areas into bilateral cooperation.
The two sides agreed to complete the negotiations on the China-Strait Free Trade Agreement as soon as possible, give full play to the geographical advantages of the GCC countries, share China's super-large-scale market opportunities, help the GCC countries become logistics and shipping hubs that radiate to the surrounding areas, and at the same time attract more foreign funds and technologies to the Gulf region, and accelerate the diversified development of the GCC countries.
The two sides agreed that we should adhere to the international system with the United Nations at its core, abide by the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations, jointly uphold the basic norms governing international relations, and safeguard international fairness and justice.
The two sides agreed to strengthen coordination and cooperation in international and regional affairs and jointly address global challenges such as the epidemic and climate change. Naif said that he is willing to explore trilateral cooperation with China to inject greater impetus into global sustainable development.
