On the morning of January 11, Zhang Zhengmin, inspector of the department, led the ninth assessment team of the provincial department to evaluate the 2021 annual work of the provincial ecological environment statistics and data center, and supervised the 2021 special organization life meeting. All party members and cadres of the Provincial Ecological Environment Statistics and Data Center attended the meeting.
The appraisal meeting was presided over by Bian Xiaoke, a member of the appraisal team, and Comrade Zhang Zhengmin, head of the appraisal team, put forward specific requirements for the appraisal work: We must uphold an objective and fair attitude, conscientiously take stock of last year's work, further sum up experience, cheer for everyone, and continue to do a good job in the next step. The director of the center made a work report on behalf of the leadership team in 2021, and then made a personal debriefing report and a branch secretary's report on party building. After the report, under the organization of the assessment team, all party members of the center conducted a democratic evaluation of the leadership team and members of the center, and consulted the relevant materials according to the work report.
The 2021 special organization life meeting was presided over by Comrade Zhao Huihong, secretary of the branch, and supervised by the members of the assessment team. At the organizational life meeting, all party members revisited the oath of joining the party, the branch secretary made a comparative inspection and personal comparison inspection on behalf of the leading body, deeply analyzed the problems and reasons existing in the leading body and individuals, and at the same time all party members carried out criticism and self-criticism among themselves.
After the meeting, Comrade Zhang Zhengmin, the leader of the assessment team, put forward four opinions to the center: First, strengthen the construction of learning units, learn from each other and improve between different professions and different positions, and make the center a digital integration center that supports the province's pollution prevention and control battle, the construction of ecological civilization in Gansu Province, and the high-quality development of Gansu Province. The second is to formulate the central goals, promote the growth of the unit and the individual talent by setting goals, and let the development of the center reach a new level. The third is to clarify the central positioning and development direction, the center should further improve the position, while doing basic statistics, improve the ability of data application analysis and judgment, form valuable data results, and provide strong data support for the province's digital environmental protection. The fourth is to strengthen information sharing with various departments, and further communicate with forestry, natural resources and development and reform departments to achieve data sharing.
