In fact, this idea originated from a family sake brewery in Nagoya, Japan, and there are also izakayas in China that reproduce the same style.
A while ago, I went to eat with friends, and a small pot cost nearly 200 yuan.
The seven dragon balls inside are actually solidified chicken broth. After turning on the heat, it melts into the bottom of the pot, which is equivalent to the "Dragon Ball" version of Japanese hot pot.
Don't look at the expensive sales outside, in fact, it is super simple to do at home!
Add a little white cold powder to the broth, carve out small stars with carrots, and collect seven dragon balls in minutes.
In addition to the Dragon Ball soup base, I also added some matsutake fresh vegetable powder and Japan's unique yuzu chili sauce.
Japanese hot pot has a light taste, and the addition of matsutake fresh vegetable powder can add flavor and freshness, while yuzu chili sauce brings a refreshing and salty taste, and the flavor is more unique.
Made from Japanese grapefruit and green peppers, it is salty and spicy in the mouth
The dragon ball melts in the pot, and the hot mist comes to the face, don't rush to eat, drink a bowl of soup first.
The fragrant bottom of the pot is infused with the unique fragrance of the yuzu sauce, and the whole person is ironed under the belly of the bowl.
As for the ingredients of the hot pot, you can add whatever you like, whole meat and vegetarian.
Especially vegetables and mushrooms, after sucking enough soup in the pot, the entrance is sweet and flavorful, and there is a faint yuzu aroma, and it is particularly stomach-dropping after eating.

Ingredients for hot pot:
4 chicken thighs 3 shiitake mushrooms 1 pinch of crab mushrooms 1 pinch of enoki mushrooms

Stock:
4 chicken thigh bones 1 small piece of kelp 3 slices of ginger 2 cloves of garlic
Shallot white 3 stages White cool powder 15g water 900ml

1 tbsp yuzu chili sauce 1 tsp of matsutake fresh vegetable powder

1. Remove the chicken thighs, cut the chicken thighs into small pieces as a hot pot ingredient, boil the chicken thigh bones into the pot with cold water to remove the blood, and then scoop them up and set aside
2. Pour 900ml of water into the pot, wipe the konbu clean and put it in, cook until slightly boiled and fished out
Add blanched chicken thigh bones, ginger, green onion, garlic cloves, no lid, simmer over medium-low heat for 20-30 minutes
3. Filter out the impurities in the broth with a gauze strainer, then pour it back into the pot and cook until boiling
Pour 15g of white cold powder into a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of water and stir to melt, then pour in the boiling stock, stir and melt
There is less bone collagen in the Japanese soup, so it cannot be condensed naturally, and the addition of white cool powder can solidify into a transparent broth jelly, and this step can be omitted if you do not make Dragon Ball
Put the cut carrot stars in the mold, pour in the broth, refrigerate for 1 hour, and then remove the mold
Broth freeze can be stored for about 3 days
4. Cut baby cabbage, artemisia annua and leeks into small pieces, slice radish and carrots, cut flowers of shiitake mushrooms, cut into small pieces of tofu, and set aside

5. In the pot, first use baby cabbage to pad the bottom, and then put artemisia annua, white radish, green onion, enoki mushroom, crab mushroom, leek, lactone tofu, chicken, carrot mushroom, and dragon ball broth jelly in turn
6. Season with yuzu chili sauce and matsutake fresh vegetable powder, bring to a boil over medium heat, sit and eat
It can also be replaced with a three-piece set of Japanese ingredients: sake, miso, and soy sauce to taste
Listening to the grunting sound of the pot, the aroma rushing in with the steaming steam, the picture is extremely comfortable!
Take a sip of hot soup, and your mouth will be wrapped in this fresh sweet taste, warming from your throat to your stomach.
After the original taste of the ingredients is integrated into the soup base, it is sucked back by the ingredients, and the entrance is like a taste bud bomblet, erupting into a sweet juice in the mouth, like the morning sun, gentle and ironed.
Looking back now, although there is no help from the divine dragon, the wishes that I wanted to realize when I was a child were also realized one by one through my own efforts.
