According to Sun Yongcai, the project is organized by CRRC Group, led by CRRC Sifang Company, uniting more than 30 scientific research institutes, universities and enterprises, the train adopts forward design, with completely independent intellectual property rights; the project began to be established in 2016, the prototype was successfully rolled off the production line in May 2019, and the 600-kilometer maglev system was rolled off the line in July last year.
