Former RIZIN lightweight champion Tofi Moussaf signed to the Bellator event

Former RIZIN Thor lightweight champion Azerbaijani Tofiq Musayev, whose contract has expired, is now officially signed to the Bellator tournament.

Tofi Moussaf (18-4) is 32 years old and 178cm tall. He began his professional MMA career in 2013 and competed in the RIZIN Thor tournament in 2018 with a (13-3) result and a 9-game winning streak, playing a wave of five consecutive wins at RIZIN, including three consecutive victories in the 2019 Lightweight Champions Eight-Man Race, and finally winning the RIZIN Lightweight Championship Gold Belt with a final point win over Patricky Freire. Unfortunately, he lost the title in the first leg of Roberto de Souza's first leg in the defending title last June.
