As a new army in the Volleyball Super League, the Shenzhen Zhongsai Women's Volleyball Team has attracted much attention this season. In the first season of the Volleyball Super League, the Shenzhen team ended with an eighth-place result, which is commendable, and more importantly, they are making useful attempts and explorations for the professionalization of the Chinese Volleyball League.
In the Shenzhen Zhongsai women's volleyball team, the most worrying nature for Tianjin fans is Yu Zhenwei and Wang Jiamin, two players from our Tianjin. Although neither of them has been able to become an absolute main force in Shenzhen this season, they still contributed their strength to the team's promotion to the quarterfinals. And the experience of playing for a season in such a newly formed team has made each of them very rewarding.

Because we only got the admission approval in September, and then after the National Games, the players were able to come one after another. This season has actually been quite happy. Because this is also the first time I have this transfer opportunity, I can come to Shenzhen and meet a new teammate and a new coaching team. It is also a new format. Because there were three more qualifying games at the end. Everybody did a very good job, personally. It may not be as good as the previous National Games in all aspects. There was also last year's league tournament. But I also went all out to prepare for every game.
Although it is only a temporary team, the time for joint training is quite limited, but this group of players from all over the world have a certain strength and experience, so a little run-in can show a certain competitiveness. With the end of the game tasks and the successful completion of the top eight goals, including Yu Weiwei and Wang Jiamin, the contracts of these players imported from sister provinces and cities and the Shenzhen team were also announced at the same time, and their next destination also needed to communicate with the local authorities. For the Shenzhen team, the end of this season means the beginning of the new year's team formation work.

The first year of teaming, the time is relatively rushed. Then after catching up with the National Games, some provinces supported, but these members were preparing for various competitions all year round, including the National Games. It should be said that injuries and age are huge drawbacks. For us, in a hurry, we can complete this year's task well, indeed thanks to the leadership of the club, thanks to all our players.
Teaming up in 2022, I feel it's easier than in 2021. Because after playing the Full Games, many provinces have not yet had time to go through the procedures for player retirement. Some also played in the league for their parent team this season. After playing in the league, they retired one after another. That may increase our choice a lot. There are some who can't play the main force in their own parent team, and come to us to communicate, maybe this effect is better.
Not only should we introduce domestic aid, but we are also actively promoting the introduction of foreign aid. This season, the Shenzhen Women's Volleyball Team has introduced Bosnia-Herzegovina foreign aid Boskovic, but it is not difficult to find from the name of the team that this team is actually inextricably linked to Serbia, which is also the main direction of their future foreign invocation.
Mainly Serbia, but there are also good other countries. If our league continues to open up and we can increase the number of foreign aid places, maybe we will bring in more foreign aid to enrich our main position.
Of course, simply relying on the introduction of personnel is not a long-term strategy, not to mention that there are still many problems in the current flow of personnel in China's volleyball arena that are difficult to resolve. Therefore, the Shenzhen team already has its own long-term plans and ideas in this regard. In addition, the work of the club's training base and home field location is also steadily advancing. In short, the Shenzhen women's volleyball team hopes to go out of its own professional road and provide more experience for the professionalization process of the entire Chinese volleyball league.
In fact, the characteristics of our Shenzhen women's volleyball team are internationalization, marketization, sports and education integration. It's about training and solving the problem of players going to college. Then there is the grasp of youth training. Because for the sake of long-term planning, we are ready to recruit outstanding 17, 18 and 19-year-old players from all over the country to form a youth team to participate in the youth league in Serbia. This is the foundation of the future and can solve our hematopoietic function.
