Delete All Content: Refers to the deletion of all personal files. If you select this option if you have more than one disk, two other options appear: Windows-only drive and All drives, which you can choose according to your needs.

If the system does not power on properly
First of all, you need to go to "Advanced Boot Options" to do the "Reset YOUR PC" operation.
