After arriving in Korea, most of the officers and men of the "Qing" battalion of the Huai Army led by him were natives of Lujiang, and their morale was low. Wu Changqing immediately summoned the military cook Yin Guanggen (a native of Lucheng Gangwan) and asked him to improve the soldiers' food. Master Yin pondered overnight, took local materials, and used flour used by North Korea to process cold noodles, added oil and sugar, carefully imitated into oil and sugar and sold, using dry solid filling, steaming and drying, easy to carry around. The soldiers ate sweet, soft and crispy food, and their morale was greatly boosted. Returning to his hometown after the war, Master Yin opened a "Yin Wanhe" dim sum shop, specializing in the Korean imitation of "oil sugar roast sale", which soon swept the city of Lujiang.
