Simple and economical ingredients, sugar, soy sauce, oil and ginger slices of chili can be used to make a snack bag of dried tofu. Eating QQ taste cool, eating ginger fried dried tofu in winter is also very good for women. Stir-frying more bento side dishes is also great.

Serves 3 persons for 30 minutes

Dried white beans 600g
Ginger slices 5-6 slices
1 chili pepper is seeded and shredded (choose a non-spicy chili pepper).
Star anise 2 capsules
The sauce is as follows
Soy sauce 3 and 1/2 tablespoons
3 tablespoons olive oil
Rock sugar (soy sauce if very sweet 2 tablespoons 3 tablespoons.)
1 teaspoon salt
1. Prepare the ingredients, sliced ginger and deseeded chili.
2. Cut 4 slices of dried tofu into 4 servings for easy consumption.
3. Heat the pan and put down the oil first.
4. Sauté the ginger slices over low heat with shredded chili peppers until the ginger slices begin to dry out
5. Pour rock sugar and fry until melted over medium heat so that it does not burn.
6. Pour in the soy sauce and stir-fry well.
7. Pour in the dried tofu and sauté.
8. After coloring, add star anise and 1 teaspoon salt and stir-fry, the sauce is rolled out and sautéed over medium-low heat.
9. Sauté until the soup is dry and finished. (approx. 30 min.)
10. Serve on a plate and let it cool.
Tips
Choose a thick ㄧ point, less water dried tofu stir-fry Q Q and save time.
