Elan Electronics: Sales of 317 million yuan in December last year, down 18% year-on-year

In December 2021, Elan Electronics' sales were NT$1,374 million (approximately RMB317 million), down 18.45% year-on-year due to product sales periods and other reasons. However, full-year 2021 sales reached a new record of NT$18.33 billion (approximately RMB4.225 billion), an increase of 21.4% year-on-year.

According to the report, in December 2021, the sales of Yilong Electronics' various products accounted for 37% of the share: touchpad modules accounted for 21%, touch screen controllers accounted for 21%, fingerprint sensors accounted for 16%, PST accounted for 12%, microcontrollers accounted for 8% and other chips accounted for 6%, of which touch applications accounted for 74%, non-touch accounts for 26%.

Elong Electronics said that with the upgrading of the NB industry, the demand for FP and touch panels has grown, and it is expected that the company's FP shipments will grow by double digits in 2022 and set a new record in the next few years.
