Changde designer who designed the Changde high-speed rail station was awarded the "National Engineering Survey and Design Master"

On January 5, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development announced the list of the tenth batch of national engineering survey and design masters, and Sheng Hui, the chief designer of the changde high-speed rail station building that will be completed in our city and a graduate of Changde No. 1 Middle School in 1980, was honored and awarded the title of "National Engineering Survey and Design Master".

Sheng Hui is currently the chief architect of China Railway Fourth Survey and Design Institute Group Co., Ltd., a senior engineer, and a national first-class registered architect. By the end of 2020, China's high-speed rail operating mileage will reach 37,900 kilometers, and the number of high-speed rail station buildings will reach more than 1,000. Among them, more than 300 station buildings were designed by Sheng Hui and the team, accounting for one-third of the high-speed rail station buildings built in the country. He has presided over the completion of Guangzhou South Railway Station, Wuhan Railway Station, Nanjing South Railway Station, Kunming South Railway Station, Wuchang Railway Station and many other passenger transport hub construction projects with great influence, and has won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the Creation Award of the Architectural Society of China, the Gold Award of the Architectural Society of China, the First Prize of Excellent Design of China Survey and Design Association, and the Special Prize of Excellent Design of the Ministry of Railways. In 2019, Shenghui stood out as the main creator of the elaborate design of the Changde high-speed rail station building design plan, which means "Wuling takes off, peach blossoms bloom", with the display of Changde city business card and green ecological design concept as the core, to build a landmark city image.
