It is necessary to improve the mechanism and strengthen normal management in combination with the opportunity of institutional adjustment. The district law enforcement bureau should be a good "leading goose", continuously improve the supervision mechanism and long-term mechanism, combine online and offline and inspection mechanisms, create a party building + classification brand, and do a good job in supervision and coordination. The District Social Affairs Bureau, the District Comprehensive Management Office, the Market Supervision and Management Sub-bureau and other departments should work diligently and frequently to promote environmental awareness into campuses, rural areas, and markets.
