In 2022, the sixth wave of coronavirus in Spain remains unstoppable. Since Thursday, the Ministry of Health on Monday reported 372,766 new infections, including 168 deaths, with the incidence soaring to 2,296 per 100,000 inhabitants, 500 points higher than the previous figure. With this rise, the cumulative COVID pandemic reached 6,667,511 positive cases and 89,573 deaths.
